When you purchase a package labeled, for example, "1000 Followers", you are purchasing a digital marketing campaign designed to increase your audience reach by approximately that number through our verified partner network. We do not "sell" human beings or accounts; we provide a promotional service that results in the metric growth specified in your package.

Service Delivery Model: All services are delivered through compliant methods that respect platform guidelines and user privacy to the best of our ability.

Important Notice Regarding Service Delivery:

SocialBooStart is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, ByteDance, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, or any Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/X/LinkedIn third-party partners in any way.

It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn rules and any applicable legislation. You use SocialBooStart at your own risk.

We are not responsible for your actions or their consequences, including if your social media account is banned for any reason.

We require your social media username or profile URL to obtain the required information for service delivery. We may collect and store your IP address, browser information, and other technical data for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes. We do not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your username to any third parties, except as necessary to provide our services through our verified partner network.

While we cannot guarantee the exact number of followers, likes, views, or comments you will receive, we do our utmost to meet your expectations. If your services are not fully delivered, contact our support team, and we will make it right.

We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operability of our services.

It is the sole responsibility of customers to ensure their social media accounts are set to "public" (and that they do not change their usernames) while using SocialBooStart. Any service downtime caused by a client switching to "private" or changing their username does not entitle the client to a refund for that period.

By purchasing our service, you affirm that you clearly understand what you are buying and agree not to file a fraudulent dispute via your payment processor. Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban from using our services, and we may remove any services previously provided. We reserve the right to permanently ban your IP address in cases of fraudulent chargebacks or disputes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw all or any part of our service or its content without notice and without incurring liability.
